Duck liver parfait, hazelnuts, blackberry & Chambord liqueur jelly, brioche toasts

Little Oak Farm organic ‘Pigs in blankets’, maple & chestnut sauce

 

Mains:

Whole Appledore Lemon sole, caper, herb & lemon beurre noisette, new potatoes

Chestnut & walnut nut roast, roast potatoes, winter greens, cranberry jus

Breadcrumb pheasant schnitzel, mulled red cabbage, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, Christmas gravy

Slow braised organic Exmoor Forest beef, bourguignon sauce, mash, winter greens

 

Puddings:

Lemon tart, clotted cream, winter berries

Mince pie cheesecake

Warm chocolate brownie, cacao nibs, vanilla bean ice cream
